Overview
As a Product Management Intern at Solve Education!, you will support the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery. You will assist in product research, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation, while working closely with design, development, and program delivery teams. Your contributions will ensure that product solutions align with organizational goals and user needs, ultimately supporting the impact of educational programs.

Job Responsibility:
Product Research & Requirements
- Support user research activities (surveys, interviews, focus groups) to gather insights on user needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from program teams and end users to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help document and translate research findings into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
Product Development Support
- Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining the product backlog.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented.
- Participate in feature testing (UAT, regression testing), log issues, and help track resolutions.
- Contribute to product documentation such as release notes, feature guides, and training materials.
Program Delivery & Impact Monitoring
- Help translate programmatic requirements into new product features or enhancements.
- Support monitoring of product performance and usage within programs.
- Provide insights and reports based on usage data or field feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital product management and social impact.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Trello/Jira, and Figma (basic level is acceptable).
- Understanding of agile/iterative development processes is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
