Indonesia’s selection as the host of the Gateways Study Visit Indonesia 2024 (GSVI) is a pivotal moment in showcasing the country’s progress in modernizing education through technology. Chosen by UNESCO and UNICEF, this event will highlight how Indonesia is utilizing digital solutions to enhance learning outcomes for students and teachers.

Solve Education! is actively supporting these national efforts by providing innovative, tech-driven learning opportunities for educators and students. Our programs align with Indonesia’s mission to build an accessible, high-quality digital education system. They equip teachers with digital literacy and empower students with future-ready skills. This was highlighted at the GSVI event.

The Digital Education Landscape in Indonesia

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has played a vital role in advancing the Merdeka Belajar (Emancipated Learning) policy, transforming both online and offline learning environments. With a young, tech-savvy population, Indonesia is primed for rapid growth in digital education. Technology is already bridging gaps, reaching underserved areas, and empowering teachers to deliver more engaging learning experiences, an aspect celebrated by GSVI.

Gateways Study Visit Indonesia 2024

This October, GSVI will bring together education leaders from more than 20 countries and international organizations in Bali. The theme, “Beyond Tech Intervention: Navigating Indonesia’s Education Transformation,” highlights the critical role technology plays in modernizing education. This event provides a platform for stakeholders to see firsthand how digital education is reshaping the Indonesian education system.

Driving Innovation in Education

At Solve Education!, our mission is to make education accessible to all through digital solutions. We aim to bridge the digital divide by equipping teachers and students with the tools and skills needed to succeed in today’s world.

In alignment with national efforts, such as those highlighted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology at the GSVI, Solve Education! continues to contribute to Indonesia’s education transformation. We support these national initiatives by offering scalable, tech-driven learning programs for educators and students.

Through Guru Teladan Melek Teknologi, we empowered 130+ teachers in Semarang with digital literacy and English skills. These skills help teachers improve classroom teaching and guide students in the digital age.

Our English Learning Support Program, using edbot.ai, reached 7,000+ students in 250 elementary schools in Semarang. It provides personalized, interactive language learning experiences for students.

In partnership with the Ministry of Education, these programs showcase scalable digital solutions for educators and students.

Scaling Impact and Ensuring a Brighter Future

We continue to innovate, ensuring technology is an empowering tool for both teachers and students. Our free edbot.ai platform has reached over 5,000 students across 23 provinces, providing personalized learning opportunities and removing financial barriers. Alongside this, we actively host webinars to further support skill development within our learning community, with highlights shared at the GSVI event.

With the Ministry of Education’s support, we can scale our impact across Indonesia. Together, we can equip teachers with digital literacy and reach underserved communities. We aim to provide students with essential skills for the 21st century.

Solve Education! is ready to support Indonesia’s educational transformation. We ensure the education system meets tech-driven demands for a brighter, equitable future.
