On November 26th, 2025, 79 learners from Malaysia and Singapore joined us online, not just to watch a presentation, but to reimagine what their future might look like in an AI-driven world.
This was the second webinar in the Empowering Minds with Micron program, a collaboration between Micron and Solve Education!, powered by the Micron Foundation, designed to build AI and STEM readiness through gamified learning, expert insights, and community mentorship. The session, titled “Preparing for the Future: AI and the Skills You Need for Tomorrow,” went beyond theory, offering learners actionable steps to engage with AI in their daily lives and academic journeys.
How We Make It Work: Innovation Through GAIN

At Solve Education!, innovation isn’t a buzzword; it’s the foundation of our learning model, powered by the GAIN framework: Gamification, AI Coaching, Incentives, and Network.
Learners engage with Edbot.ai, our gamified learning platform, through interactive games that simplify complex STEM and AI concepts. It’s fun, but also effective. Behind the scenes, our AI coach Ed adapts the experience in real-time, offering learners personalized feedback, encouragement, and structure.
As they progress, learners earn meaningful rewards, like mobile data or workshop access, critical motivators, especially for underserved students. And it all happens within a network of supportive peers, mentors, and youth leaders, creating an ecosystem of encouragement and belonging.
Featured Webinar: Preparing for the Future

Jackson Teng, SR Director, Asia Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development, Micron Technology, guided learners through how AI is reshaping the world of work, especially in STEM.
He showed how AI has evolved from early research to now being embedded across fields like robotics, biotechnology, data analysis, and environmental engineering. More importantly, he emphasized that future success in STEM will rely not just on technical skills like coding and data literacy, but also on soft skills like creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking.
Since many of the participants were high school and college students, Mr. Jackson encouraged them to start with simple, practical steps, like joining school projects, participating in innovation challenges, and exploring online courses. His message was clear: AI is a tool, not a replacement, and those who combine technical know-how with strong human skills will be the most prepared for tomorrow’s opportunities.
Voice from Participants

For many learners, this webinar was their first real window into the world of AI, and the experience left a strong impression.
“I feel so happy to join this program because it gives me so much knowledge about AI.”
— Baranivell A/L Sathiyavan, Muar, Malaysia
“I learnt a lot about AI from the invited guests. It was interesting how there were other people from other countries that joined.”
— Sharifah Auni Nadhirah, Singapore
“My takeaway from today’s webinar is that AI is a tool, not a replacement for human thought and productivity.”
— Nur Nafeesa Binti Nor Azlan, Malaysia
These reflections highlight what makes Empowering Minds with Micron more than a program; it’s a space where learners gain clarity, connection, and confidence. Whether it’s understanding AI’s role, engaging with peers from other countries, or challenging assumptions about technology, every session is designed to inspire real growth.
Thank You, Micron

We are grateful to the Micron Foundation and their dedicated team for making this initiative possible. Their commitment to equitable, future-forward education allows us to provide learners across Asia with tools and guidance that are not only relevant but transformative.
This isn’t just a webinar series; it’s a platform for change. By investing in young people across borders, we’re helping them not just prepare for jobs, but build the resilience and skill sets needed to adapt and lead in a changing world.
Together, we are building futures, one learner, one lesson, one innovation at a time.
Let’s do more, together.
