Job Responsibility:
- To assist in the testing of the products to make sure of the quality
- To assist in creating requirement documents & lo-fi mockups (e.g. Figma)
- To assist in user testing and user interviews to get new insights about the products
- To assist in user testing and user interviews to test the new flow/design of a product
- Had the opportunity to pitch new ideas and designs to improve our products
Qualifications:
- Is pursuing a major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Visual Communications Design, Product Design, or related fields
- Is able to conduct research using questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews to gather data.
- Has experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive requirement specifications
- Has demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
- Is competent in verbal and written English communication
- Pay attention to detail, expect high quality, and care about user experience.
