Solve Education! is hiring a Product Manager who can operate at a high standard in a fast-moving, and results-focused environment. This role requires more than feature planning—it calls for growth expertise, viral mechanics design, and the ability to turn stagnant metrics into exponential user growth.
You’ll be responsible for how Edbot.ai acquires, activates, and retains users at scale. From viral loop design to conversion optimization, this role covers full-cycle growth product management, cross-functional team leadership, and metrics ownership—with aggressive targets. You’ll need to understand why the speed at which users invite others matters MORE than how many they invite, and how to engineer products that get users sharing immediately. This is a position for someone ready to lead through data and conviction, not wait for perfect conditions.
Before You Apply
This role is not for those who wait for perfect data or confuse activity with results. As a Product Manager focused on growth and virality, you will be accountable for driving retention and viral coefficient from where they are today to sustainable exponential growth. You’ll be expected to design urgency-driven viral mechanics, compress cycle times, and keep growth experiments shipping even when initial results disappoint.
The speed at which users invite others matters MORE than how many they invite. You must understand how to engineer products that get users sharing immediately and frequently. If you’re seeking a role focused on feature roadmaps rather than growth metrics, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re ready to own K + R > 1, build viral loops that change the acquisition game, and create measurable impact at scale, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will own product-led growth strategy and execution, driving viral adoption, rapid experimentation, and scalable product capabilities to achieve ambitious learner growth targets.
- Product Strategy & Viral Growth: Define and execute a viral growth strategy to reach 500,000 monthly active learners. Design intuitive referral mechanics, sharing flows, and incentive structures, while identifying opportunities to shorten viral cycles and improve conversion rates.
- Product Development & Experimentation: Partner closely with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-impact viral features. Maintain a rapid experimentation cadence—launch, measure, learn, iterate—and build habit-forming experiences that strengthen retention across user segments.
- Metrics & Growth Analytics: Own core growth metrics including K-factor, viral cycle time, retention, and CAC. Build and maintain dashboards tracking funnels, cohorts, and conversion performance, and assess the ROI of product-led growth versus paid acquisition.
- Team & Process Leadership: Lead product and engineering teams through data-driven influence and clear prioritization. Make decisive trade-offs, champion a culture of fast experimentation, and build reusable product and technical capabilities that scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of product leadership experience in consumer tech or EdTech, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth. Demonstrated success improving retention and virality, and leading product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact, viral features.
- Growth & Technical Skills: Deep understanding of viral growth mechanics and experimentation. Strong proficiency with analytics, A/B testing, and growth metrics. Sufficient technical depth to engage in architectural discussions and understand engineering trade-offs.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and rapid execution.
- Mindset & Ownership: Strong sense of ownership over metrics and outcomes. Resourceful and execution-oriented, intellectually honest about failures, hypothesis-driven in decision-making, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Location & Mission Fit: Based in Bandung or willing to relocate, with a strong interest in education technology and delivering measurable social impact.
- Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience building 0→1 viral features with K-factor above 1.0, exposure to AI/LLM-powered products, EdTech experience (especially platforms for minors), multi-country product experience (e.g., Indonesia, India, Singapore), or a proven track record of turning around underperforming metrics with clear before-and-after results.
Why Join Us?
You’ll be joining a team with a bold mission to transform education at scale. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect initiative, ownership, results, and a strong learning attitude. If you’re looking for a standard product role, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re ready to lead viral growth, design product mechanics that create exponential impact, and build capabilities that serve millions of learners, we’d love to hear from you.
