What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will support the effective coordination and delivery of programs by providing operational, administrative, and monitoring assistance to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Program Coordination & Support: Assist with planning, organising, and coordinating program activities and events. Maintain workplans, schedules, documentation, and logistics, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support timely execution and issue resolution.
- Monitoring & Data Support: Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection, entry, and reporting. Contribute to basic analysis of feedback and results to inform program improvements.
- Administrative & Operational Assistance: Provide administrative support such as procurement coordination, meeting scheduling, note-taking, follow-ups, and maintenance of organised filing systems. Ensure timely availability of program materials and resources.
- Stakeholder Engagement Support: Assist with communications and coordination involving beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders, including meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to support program objectives and contribute to a positive, well-organised team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Bandung (on-site) or willing to relocate to Bandung
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related discipline).
- 1-2 years of experience in program management, project management, or equivalent leadership roles.
- Good understanding of project coordination, administration, and logistics.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation concepts is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in or with NGOs, with an understanding of sector challenges and opportunities.
