What if every young entrepreneur in Indonesia not only dreamed of a green business but also mastered the financial skills to make it thrive?

This inspiring question set the tone for Ecopower Enrichment Webinar 4, held on 30 April 2025. Over 60 passionate young participants, including members of the disability community, gathered online to learn how to manage finances specifically for eco-friendly businesses. The session was made even more meaningful by the active involvement of dedicated mentors and volunteers from Solve Education! and our valued partners, including Yayasan Allianz Peduli and Allianz Global, whose collaboration transforms education into a real opportunity.

At Solve Education!, we believe that sustainable futures are built together, with partners, volunteers, and communities driving meaningful impact. The Ecopower program is a living example of this shared commitment, providing young people with vital skills to lead Indonesia’s green economy.

From Financial Literacy to Sustainable Action: A Learning Ecosystem

Webinar 4, themed “Mengatur Keuangan untuk Bisnis Ramah Lingkungan” (Managing Finances for Eco-Friendly Businesses), was delivered by Piski Sundari, an Information Security Risk Consultant with deep expertise in financial planning and sustainability. Piski provided participants with practical tools to create balanced business budgets, identify potential green funding sources, and understand cash flow management—all tailored to environmentally responsible enterprises.

Our unique GAIN framework—Gamification, AI Coaching, Incentives, and Network—made this learning engaging and impactful. Gamification encouraged active participation through challenges and simulations, while our AI-powered platform personalized learning paths for each participant. Mentors facilitated lively breakout discussions, helping small groups to simulate capital planning and financial strategies for their sustainable ventures. Incentives recognized learners’ efforts, sustaining motivation. And the strong network of peers and mentors created a space for continuous support and collaboration.

Building on Collaboration for Lasting Impact

Ecopower Webinar 4 is one vital piece of an ongoing journey. Through monthly learning challenges, mentoring, and the upcoming Ecopower showcase, participants not only build skills but also connect with a community that supports their growth. Partners like Allianz amplify this impact by providing mentorship and resources, making sustainable business education accessible to all youth, free of charge.

Volunteers serve as guides, nurturing participants’ confidence and competence by facilitating discussions, sharing expertise, and encouraging innovation. This collaborative ecosystem helps young entrepreneurs translate knowledge into action, fostering a new generation of green business leaders.
