On 3 September 2025, over 500 students gathered online, and in some cases, in classrooms well past study hours- to attend the kickoff of Fly High: Jelajah Dirgantara, our newest collaborative program with Boeing. The Zoom room filled quickly, hitting capacity with 300 active participants, while others joined in local group settings to learn, connect, and dream.
Fly High is more than just a course. It’s a nationwide call to Indonesia’s youth, especially from high schools (SMA and SMK) in Bandung and Jakarta, to explore a future in aviation and STEM.
Beyond the Screen: A National Collaboration for STEM

With Boeing Indonesia as our key partner, Fly High: Jelajah Dirgantara was co-designed to spark excitement around aviation careers and science-based problem-solving. The response has already exceeded expectations. Although the program’s initial target was 200 students, more than 700 students from various schools have already signed up, demonstrating just how needed and desired this type of opportunity is.
At its core, the program seeks to:
- Inspire students to explore careers in STEM and aerospace
- Provide basic knowledge of STEM and aviation
- Offer real-world exposure and mentorship from Boeing professionals
- Ensure equal educational access for students from low-income families
Through this partnership, we have access to Boeing’s global expertise, which we’ve translated into accessible digital learning through our AI-powered platform, Edbot.ai. These are not generic STEM lessons; they’re aviation-focused, localised, and integrated with monthly webinars and upcoming in-person workshops.
In a world where too many youths don’t see themselves in science or aviation, this collaboration makes these fields visible, relatable, and, importantly, fun.
The Power of Innovation: Our GAIN Framework in Action

At Solve Education!, we’re committed to innovation, and Fly High: Jelajah Dirgantara is another proof of how we do this through our GAIN framework:
- Gamification: Students aren’t just passive learners. On Edbot.ai, they compete in monthly learning challenges, answer quiz missions, and accumulate points to unlock real rewards. This turns passive screen time into purpose-driven engagement.
- AI Coaching: Edbot.ai adjusts to each learner’s level, whether they’re exploring aviation basics for the first time or already dreaming of aerospace engineering. Our AI provides real-time feedback, suggests lessons, and keeps learners on track in a way that no textbook can.
- Incentives: Every month, learners stand a chance to win data packages, exclusive workshop invitations, and other rewards simply by participating. It’s not charity—it’s a model of motivation that’s proven to work across our programs.
- Network: Through webinars and offline workshops (planned for November/December), learners will connect directly with professionals from Boeing and with students from other schools—expanding both their knowledge and their horizons.
Creating Pathways for the Underserved

Many of the schools we engage with serve students from low-income backgrounds, where access to laptops or industry mentors is rare. This program closes those gaps.
One out of every three participating schools gathered on-site after class hours, a testament to the eagerness and energy of teachers and students alike. These students weren’t asked to stay; they chose to. Because when you show them a vision of the future, they’ll reach for it.
And they’re not doing it alone. Each school is supported by trained facilitators and volunteer mentors from Boeing, many of whom are participating in education outreach for the first time.
Through our collaboration with Boeing, we’re not only expanding what students can imagine, we’re increasing their access to the tools and networks to make it real.
What’s Next: From Digital to Physical Skyways

In the coming months, we’ll continue to guide students through aviation-themed STEM courses on Edbot.ai. This includes a series of engaging webinars led by Boeing staff and STEM professionals from Indonesia and beyond.
Then, in November or December, selected schools will participate in a hands-on in-person workshop, giving students the rare chance to interact with Boeing professionals, dive into practical aviation concepts, and apply what they’ve learned.
These in-person events are often the turning point, from “maybe” to “I want this for my future.”
Soaring Beyond One Program

Our goal isn’t just to create one-off moments of inspiration, but to create sustainable, scalable systems where young people can learn, build confidence, and access real opportunities. Innovation isn’t just our method, it’s our commitment.
Because for many of our learners, this is the first time someone has told them, “Yes, you belong in this space. You can be an engineer. You can fly.”
We’re showing them the sky isn’t the limit, it’s just the beginning.
Thank You, Boeing
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Boeing for the trust, generosity, and dedication in making Fly High: Jelajah Dirgantara possible.
You’ve helped open up a world of possibilities for students who might have never seen themselves in STEM, let alone aviation. By sharing your knowledge, mentoring our learners, and co-creating this program with us, you’ve brought real-world inspiration into hundreds of classrooms across Indonesia.
Thank you for helping us prove that when we innovate together, we can give every student, no matter their background, a reason to dream higher.
