Not your average (startup) CEO.
– Might look like one but nowhere near as young as other startup CEOs
– Jumped into startups only after building years of experience and expertise in multi industries (McKinsey, Oracle)
– Am not an idealist, am a pragmatic leader who thinks about monetization and sustainability all the time
– Avoid random chitchats but do enjoy deep content conversations
– Play hard but work much harder and not the other way around.

Currently focus on accelerating MatahariMall.com . We had a great start in 2015, launched on 9/9 2015, now already one of the biggest B2C marketplace players. With >99% local TeaMM, we aspire to become the King in our own country, making #IndonesiaBangga #IndonesiaProud

The ISTJ personality helps shape my leadership style to be very focused, detail, transparent, hands-on, and black-and-white. Always going all out day in day out in everything I do, BIG things, small things.

A believer that strong organization culture is the key to hold the company together beyond the financial rewards. Seniority based organization is outdated, performance based organization is simply getting the fair rewards and punishments.
