We are looking for a Partnership Manager who is strategic, persuasive, and passionate about securing resources and collaborations that expand Solve Education!’s mission. This role will focus on fundraising, grant proposal development, and client negotiations, requiring strong relationship management, writing, and communication skills.
We value ownership, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. If you thrive on crafting winning proposals, building funding pipelines, and engaging clients and donors to support meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to contribute directly to work that changes lives.
Before You Apply
This role is not routine, narrowly defined, or heavily guided. As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be expected to identify, secure, and grow high-value collaborations that advance Solve Education!’s mission. You must be able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver results under pressure — whether that means closing a new agreement, nurturing long-term relationships, or aligning cross-functional teams to meet partner expectations. If you’re seeking a role that will stretch your relationship-building skills, sharpen your strategic thinking, and accelerate your professional growth — and you’re prepared to meet high expectations — we want to hear from you.
