You will support the implementation of educational initiatives, coordinate activities, and ensure operational excellence — all while collaborating closely with the program team to deliver meaningful impact.

We value adaptability, ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. If you thrive on making things happen, keeping plans on track, and finding solutions when challenges arise, this is your opportunity to contribute directly to work that changes lives.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Program Support and Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating program activities and events.
  • Prepare and maintain program plans, schedules, and logistical arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify risks or challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Assist in data collection, entry, and reporting to assess program outcomes.
  • Contribute to analysing feedback and data for continuous program improvement.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Assist with procurement processes and ensure the timely availability of materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for program-related documents.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support communication with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organising meetings, training, and events involving stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

  • Help maintain a positive, supportive, and organised team environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve program objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Malaysia (on-site).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related discipline).
  • Good understanding of project coordination, administration, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in or with NGOs, with an understanding of sector challenges and opportunities.

You’ll be joining a team with a big mission. We don’t expect perfection,  but we do expect effort, ownership, and a strong learning attitude. If you’re looking for a quiet job with step-by-step instructions, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re ready for growth, responsibility, and real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
