Solve Education! is looking for a dedicated Program Assistant to join our team. You will support the implementation of our educational programs, coordinate activities, and ensure operational excellence. You will work closely with the program team to deliver impactful programs that drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support and Coordination
- Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating program activities and events.
- Support the preparation of program plans, schedules, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation.
- Assist in identifying risks or challenges and propose solutions to the program team.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Assist in data collection, entry, and preparation of reports to assess program outcomes.
- Contribute to analysing feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Assist with procurement processes and ensure timely availability of program materials.
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain effective filing systems for program-related documents.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support communication with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders as required.
- Assist in organising meetings, trainings, and events involving stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve program objectives.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, supportive, and organised team environment.
Other Requirements:
Experience working in or with NGOs, with a clear understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
- Based in Lombok (on-site) or willing to move to Lombok.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in program or project support, preferably within the NGO or education sector.
- Good understanding of project coordination, administration, and logistics.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation concepts is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
