Requirements
- Strong numerical and logical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and data organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite and office software.
Other Requirements:
- Experience working in a non-profit or international organization (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, document processing, and record management.
- Support business operations by organizing data and tracking financial records.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective measures.
- Prepare reports, analyze spreadsheets, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in coordinating office operations and logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Develop and implement effective intra-office communication protocols.
