The Road to Give 2024 event in Bandung was a tremendous success, raising an impressive IDR 160,000,000! With over 1,000 participants, the event truly highlighted the power of community and collaboration in driving real change. Solve Education! was honored to be a charity partner for this year’s event alongside Solar Chapter. Part of the funds raised will support Solve Education!’s mission of delivering free education across Indonesia, helping us reach more learners and empower communities in need.

How Solve Education! Contributes to Empowering Youth
At Solve Education!, our core mission is to make quality education accessible to all, especially to those in underserved areas. Leveraging innovative AI technology, our interactive platform, edbot.ai, reaches students even in remote parts of Indonesia. Through fun and engaging learning experiences, learners can develop essential skills like:

Programs, like Solve My English (SME), are already transforming lives, with over 5,000 active learners using structured learning paths, workshops, and real-world applications to improve their skills. The funds from the Road to Give event will allow us to scale these programs further, providing even more young people with the tools they need to thrive through community and collaboration.
Bringing Education Closer
As part of the Road to Give event, Solve Education! provided every participant with custom headbands bearing the message: “Run Further, Bring Education Closer.” This simple yet powerful statement reminded participants that their efforts were directly contributing to the cause of free education for thousands of Indonesian learners.
Participants wore these headbands with pride, knowing that their steps were making a tangible difference in the lives of young people. Additionally, we set up a photo booth at the finish line, where runners celebrated their accomplishments while promoting the importance of accessible education.
During the event, Mr. Muhammad Farhan, a candidate for Bandung’s mayor in 2024, visited our photo booth. He took a picture there, using the booth’s props, which featured the message ‘I support free education,’ and showed his support for education through Solve Education!’s programs.
The Power of Education to Break the Cycle of Poverty
Talitha Disti Amalia, COO of Solve Education!, shared an inspiring story during her speech at the event:
“Education is the path out of poverty, and I’m standing here today as living proof of that. I grew up as the daughter of a security guard in a small village, but education opened the door for me to study abroad and build an international career. At Solve Education!, we want to give that same opportunity to every child in Indonesia.”
