[Terms and Conditions] – Thailand New Learner STEM Kickstart Challenge2 min read

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Thailand New Learner STEM Kickstart Challenge.

By joining the challenge, participants agree to comply with these rules.

1. Eligibility

This challenge is open only to new edbot.ai users in Thailand.

To qualify as a new user:

• the participant must not already have an edbot.ai account before the challenge period
• the participant must create a new account during the challenge period
• the participant must join through the official challenge link or LA code

Existing users are not eligible.

2. Challenge Requirement

To qualify for the reward, participants must:

• create a new edbot.ai account
• join through the official challenge entry point
• learn in eligible STEM courses
• achieve 10 correct answers
• complete all activity during the official challenge period

Only correct answers will be counted.

3. Eligible Learning Activity

Eligible activity includes:

• answering questions in designated STEM courses on edbot.ai
• achieving a total of 10 correct answers

Only activity recorded in the official edbot.ai system will be counted.

Screenshots or external proof will not replace system records.

4. Dashboard

A challenge dashboard will display:

• participants identified as new users
• number of correct answers
• the course where activity was recorded

Participants may use the dashboard to track their progress.

Appearance on the dashboard does not automatically guarantee reward eligibility, as final verification will still be conducted.

5. Reward

Qualified participants will receive:

The reward is subject to:

• verification of new user status
• verification of correct answers
• completion of reward claim steps
• fraud and duplication checks

6. Reward Claim

Participants whose names appear on the dashboard may:

1. take a screenshot showing their name and progress
2. contact the team through LINE
3. submit reward claim details if requested

Incomplete or incorrect claim details may delay or cancel payout.

7. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if they:

• already had an edbot.ai account before the challenge
• create multiple accounts
• use another person’s account
• submit false information
• attempt to manipulate challenge results
• engage in suspicious or automated activity

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants if necessary to maintain fairness.

8. Verification

Solve Education! will verify participant eligibility during the verification period.

The organizer’s decision regarding eligibility and reward distribution is final.

9. Privacy

Participant information may be collected only for:

• challenge verification
• fraud prevention
• reward delivery
