We’re currently recruiting an HR Executive, Talent Management on behalf of a startup building an innovative, cloud-native, AI-driven online marketplace for the education domain.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Attraction & Relationship Building

  • Partner with client hiring managers to map talent requirements and design targeted sourcing approaches
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, from first outreach through offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with university partners, talent communities, and industry pipelines
  • Present offers and navigate compensation discussions, balancing candidate expectations with salary benchmarks

People Analytics & Research-Driven Insights

  • Design, run, and interpret employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and onboarding evaluations
  • Analyze workplace metrics (retention, engagement, time-to-fill, candidate drop-off) to spot trends and root causes
  • Turn people metrics into clear reports and recommendations for leadership

Onboarding & Experience Design

  • Design a welcoming onboarding journey that connects new hires to culture, cross-functional partners, and key resources
  • Maintain and refine onboarding toolkits, guides, and orientation materials

Employee Relations & Workplace Inquiry

  • Serve as a neutral, approachable point of contact for employee concerns and routine grievances
  • Conduct fair, well-documented fact-finding for internal inquiries, focused on root-cause resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, or generalist HR (strong internships count)
  • Experience with survey design, qualitative/quantitative research, or HR analytics tools (advanced Excel a plus)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling confidential conversations and conflict resolution with empathy and objectivity
  • Plus point if you live in Medan
