What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll serve as a primary point of care for patients at the client’s facility, ensuring every medical action is carried out according to procedure and safety standards.
- Deliver direct care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting during medical procedures.
- Work closely with doctors and other medical staff to keep treatment plans on schedule.
- Record patient conditions, treatments given, and health progress accurately and on time.
- Explain conditions and care procedures in clear, easy-to-understand language. Follow hygiene protocols, workplace safety, and local health regulations.
What We Expect
This role requires someone who is clinically competent, compassionate, and able to provide high-quality patient care while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced international healthcare environment.
- Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting.
- Language: Basic working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- License: Holds an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a registered nurse.
- Patient Care: Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Professionalism: Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team while adapting to international workplace standards and protocols.
- Eligibility: This position is open to female candidates, with a maximum age of 35 years.
