Solve Education! is a non-profit organization committed to helping children and youth around the globe receive quality, effective education. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet revenue targets. Additionally, the Business Development Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs aimed at driving business growth.

Main Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist with cross-function assignments to achieve Solve Education!’s mission. Collaborate with other teams, including management, product design, and engineering, to ensure cohesive branding and public relations. Includes requesting and integrating content submissions and ideas from collaborators across the team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a good advantage.
