Community Engagement Officer

Overview

Solve Education! is a non-profit organization committed to helping children and youth around the globe receive quality, practical education. We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Community Engagement Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, improving our brand positioning, spreading our work to get new learners, and developing strategies to meet community engagement targets.

Main Responsibility:

• Create and maintain engaging content for our social media platforms.
• Analyze new trends to improve our content offerings and brand positioning.
• Engage and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop strategies to achieve community engagement targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of content creation work and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in managing social media content is a plus.
