We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly front desk / Receptionist to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephonic bookings, and verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in. 


  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material 
  • Greeting and welcoming guest
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Answering questions and addressing complaint
  • Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
  • Receive letters, packages etc
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in.
  • Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
  • Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel.
  • Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

What is needed:

  • Malaysian, especially Selangorian
  • 18 and above
  • Fresh graduates are most welcome!
  • No experience required (training will be provided)
  • Know basic English
  • No hotel experience but willing to work at the hotel
