Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of program management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of program management skills including planning, monitoring and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in G-Suites

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable partners that are a good fit for Solve Education to scale our e-learning solutions
  • Pitch relevant solutions to the shortlisted partners
  • Drive the program to achieve the agreed milestones and success criteria
  • Manage communications with different stakeholders including but not limited to organisations, business owners, schools, teachers, and students in Indonesia and other regional countries
  • Program management activities with the above stakeholders
  • Execute and deliver ideas to improve learner and teacher engagement

You are a fit if you:

  • Have managed different profiles of stakeholders, or have worked in business development, sales, account management, marketing or partnership roles
  • Have program/project management experience
  • Are able to organise data and produce reports
