Requirements:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Proficiency in office and administrative management practices.
  3. Understanding of human resources practices and procedures.
  4. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
  5. Understanding of business and management principles.
  6. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks and changing priorities.
  8. Excellent time management skills.
  9. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  10. Proficiency in G Suite and office software.

Job Description:

  1. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, document processing, and record management.
  2. Provide support to other departments, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
  3. Manage office inventory, supplies, and conduct regular checks.
  4. Assist in the interview and onboarding process for new employees, handling paperwork and facilitating their integration.
  5. Support various HR functions, including employee record maintenance and leave monitoring.
  6. Contribute to overall operational efficiency by providing general administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
  7. Manage the office budget, track expenses, and implement cost-effective measures.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  9. Develop and implement effective intra-office communication protocols.
  10. Supervise office staff.
